Medication Management

The Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing has funded a number of Medication Management programs under the Fifth Community Pharmacy Agreement. These programs are managed by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia with the aim of achieving the most efficient and effective health outcomes for the community.
