PROJECT SUMMARY

This project aims to improve the quality and accessibility of community care for clients. Closer collaboration between health care professionals, through initiatives such as multidisciplinary case conferences, should provide better coordination of care and improved access to mental health
information and treatments. This randomised controlled trial will evaluate the contribution made by community pharmacists to multidisciplinary case conferences in community mental health centres. Evaluation will include qualitative and quantitative assessment.
